The stripped-back, stylish rooms are designed for couples and groups of friends and a central pool acts as the communal hub, bringing guests together from day to night.
At the heart of Cook's Club is Cantina, a casual dining space offering the best of the world’s street food alongside local favourites. Like a trip to your favourite food truck market, our menu takes you on a gastronomic journey from the chaotic streets of Saigon to the familial feasts of Greece and beyond. And what better way to spend golden hour than at Captain Cook bar, sipping on cocktails designed by leading bartenders while listening to blissed-out beats by the pool.
