Like a trip to your favourite food market, our menu takes you on a gastronomic journey from the chaotic streets of Saigon to the familiar feasts of Greece and beyond. And what better way to spend golden hour than at Captain Cook bar, sipping on cocktails designed by leading bartenders while listening to beats by the pool.
