Expect poolside dining with panache at Cook’s Club acclaimed restaurant, Cantina. Helmed by a team of young and ambitious chefs, the open kitchen whips up street-style-food with a focus on big-hitting flavors plucked from around the world, whether you’re craving international-inspired plates or comforting Greek dishes. Open for breakfast from 7am till 10:30am and from 12 till 10pm, its menu is a collection of quick bites, inventive vegan and veggie dishes, languid lunches and dishes made for sharing after long hot days on the beach.

Pitched next to the pool, Captain Cook’s Bar is a lively spot to order a cocktail or three with a curated collection of drinks from around the world and a resident mixologist.
