Travel Update

We're ready - your safety is our priority

Dear Guests,
this summer is different for everyone and therefore, with a series of measures and procedures we ensure to deliver quality services in a carefree and safe environment.
Please be informed about the adjustments to our operations below that we introduced in our hotel.

 

Upon Arrival

Your safety is our priority.

 

- “Safe Tourism” certificate and plaque is located at the entrance of the hotel and can be verified by the customer through a QR code. The certificate states that the hotel has undergone various and random hygiene checks by third party approved establishments.

- A wet-mat containing liquid sanitizer, is located at the entrance to the reception/lobby area so that all people entering the facility sanitize their shoe soles.

- Hand sanitizers are displayed at the entrance.

- Floor markings are visible throughout the resort to guide people while moving around.

- Social distancing floor stickers are available throughout the resort.

- Facemasks must be worn at all times while in the resort (except while in the rooms, seated at the restaurant/bar, on a sunlounger and while swimming in the pool/sea).

- Luggage is currently handled by the guest themselves to reduce contacts.

- Guests’ temperature is checked at the main entrance security point.

 

Front Desk

We are there for you 24/7 and have put the following measures in place:

- Every guest will be temperature checked and recorded during check-in.

- Plexiglass partitions have been placed at all service points.

- Guests are given personalized closed-off envelopes containing their registration form, room key, welcome flyer and pen of which are all sanitized via UV machine before their arrival.

- The Guest is required to fill in the registration form with their pen given to them within the envelope.

- The whole check-in procedure is contactless.

 

Public Areas

Enjoy the premises, always maintaining social distancing.

 

- All non-essential and hard-to-sanitize items such as rugs/kilims, cushions, woven items and baskets have been removed to prevent a possible spread.

- All public areas are sanitized regularly with our UV machine.

- Hand sanitizers are located at various locations and facemasks are available at all times.

- Floor markings are visible throughout the resort to guide people while moving around.

- Social Distancing floor stickers are available throughout the resort.

- Due to increased hygiene regulations, air-conditioners are closed, natural airflow is maintained by open windows and doors.

 

Rooms

Enjoy your privacy in comfort and safety.

 

- All non-essential and hard-to-sanitize items such as rugs/kilims, cushions, woven items and baskets have been removed to prevent a possible spread.

- The rooms are sanitized before the check-in of the guest with the UV machine.

- Hand sanitizer and facemasks are placed in the room for personal usage.

- To maintain housekeeping’s constant entrance to the room, DND’s are urged to be used. If not, then the housekeeping personnel will do their cleaning rounds.

- Air-Conditioner filters are cleaned after every check-out.

 

Restaurants & Bars

The only thing that has changed is the procedure.

 

- A wet-santitizing-mat containing liquid sanitizer is located at the entrance of the restaurant so that all staff and guests entering the restaurant sanitize their shoe soles.

- We perform temperature checks at the entrance of the restaurant.

- Plexiglass partitions have been placed at all restaurant & bar service points.

- We have temporarily removed table menus and implemented menu boards instead.

- Cutlery, napkin and salt, pepper sachets are placed in sealed wraps, preventing contact of others.

- All non-essential and hard-to-sanitize items such as rugs/kilims, cushions, woven items and baskets have been collected to prevent a possible spread.

- Tables are wiped down and UV cleaning is done immediately after a Guest leaves their table upon completion of their meal.

- In between mealtimes / during the closed hours of the restaurant, general UV cleaning is performed.

- Hand sanitizers are available on every table and across the restaurant and facemasks are available upon request.

- Floor markings are visible throughout the restaurant to guide people while moving around.

- Social Distancing floor stickers are available throughout the restaurant.

- Due to increased hygiene regulations, air-conditioners are closed, natural airflow is maintained by open windows and doors.

 

Gym & Spa

- The gym is accessible only via reservation.

- A wet-mat with liquid sanitizer to disinfect shoe soles is located at the entrance to the gym.

- Temperatures are checked when entering the gym.

- Due to increased hygiene regulations, air-conditioners are switched off, windows and doors are open to encourage natural airflow.

- After every guest, the equipment will be disinfected and UV cleaned.

- General UV cleaning is maintained at various durations.

- All non-essential and hard-to-sanitize items such as rugs/kilims, cushions, woven items and baskets have been collected to prevent a possible spread.

- Hand sanitizer is available in the gym and facemasks are available upon request.

 

Our Staff & Housekeeping

Always close despite the distance.

 

- Our staff follows all key measures to prevent the transmission of COVID-19.

- The housekeeping, alike all other hotel staff, are following the training and enhanced hygiene procedures at all times.

- Covid-19 cleaning protocol is followed at all times, especially with the contact of a guest’s personal items while cleaning their room.

- All staff wear their facemask and gloves at all times, whether on duty or not, this is part of their mandatory uniform.

- Housekeeping Manager concludes their final inspection in accordance to increased hygiene regulations.
