- About this Opportunity
The Perfect Summer Job is a paid creator activation run by Casa Collective Ltd. (Casa Collective, ‘we’, ‘us’). Two creators will be selected to travel across a series of Cook’s Club hotel properties in the Mediterranean during Summer 2026, producing short-form video content for TikTok, Instagram, and associated platforms throughout the trip.
These Terms and Conditions (‘Terms’) apply to anyone who submits an application. By applying, you confirm that you have read and agree to be bound by them.
Please note that any submission of an application, profile or portfolio does not create any employment, worker, agency, contractor or other contractual relationship between you and us. The submission of an application does not guarantee selection, engagement, assignment, paid collaboration or future opportunities. We reserve the right to accept, reject or discontinue consideration of any application at our sole discretion.
- Eligibility
To apply you must:
- Be aged 18 or over at the time of application
- Hold a valid passport for the duration of travel
- Be legally permitted to travel and work to and within the relevant destinations
- Own and be proficient in operating your own filming and editing equipment
- Have active TikTok and Instagram accounts
- Be available for the full duration of the trip (exact dates confirmed with shortlisted applicants)
Casa Collective Ltd reserves the right to verify eligibility at any stage and to disqualify any applicant who does not meet the criteria above.
- How to Apply
Applications must be submitted by email to [application email TBC] and must include:
- Your TikTok and Instagram handles
- A short message, video, or voice note explaining why you should be selected
- A portfolio or examples of your previous creative work
The application window closes on [date TBC]. Applications received after this date will not be considered. Casa Collective does not accept responsibility for applications not received in time due to technical issues.
- Selection
Applications will be reviewed by the Casa Collective team. Shortlisted applicants will be contacted to arrange a follow-up interview.
Due to the volume of applications expected, we may not be able to respond to everyone individually. If you do not hear from us, please know that your application was read and appreciated.
The selection decision is final and at the sole discretion of Casa Collective.
- What’s included
Selected creators will receive:
- A creator fee for their time and content (amount confirmed during the selection process and agreed in writing before travel)
- Full accommodation at each Cook’s Club property throughout the trip
- Flights and transfers between destinations from an agreed departure point
- Breakfast, lunch and Dinner at the hotel
All other costs, including personal spending, travel insurance, and any visa fees, are the responsibility of the relevant creators. The package is non-transferable and has no cash alternative.
- Content & Intellectual Property
All content created during the Activation will be subject to a separate creator agreement provided to shortlisted applicants before selection is confirmed (“Creator Agreement”).
By applying, you acknowledge that Casa Collective will require a licence to use content you create across its owned channels, including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and the Cook’s Club website. The full terms of content usage, rights, and creator credits will be set out in the Creator Agreement.
- Creator responsibility
Selected creators are expected to:
- Produce content to a consistently high standard throughout the trip
- Follow Cook’s Club’s content guidelines and brand direction
- Disclose the commercial nature of the partnership clearly and in line with Advertising Standards Authority guidelines and relevant platform rules
- Conduct themselves in a way that reflects positively on Cook’s Club at all times
- Comply with consumer protection regulations and disclosure requirements, including clearly identifying sponsored content where required.
Casa Collective reserves the right to withdraw a creator from the Activation if these responsibilities are not met, without liability for costs incurred.
- Your personal data
Casa Collective Ltd is the data controller for personal data submitted as part of this application process.
What we collect
As part of your application, we may collect your name, contact details, social media handles, portfolio information, and any personal data you choose to include in written, audio, or visual submissions. Applicants should avoid including unnecessary sensitive or special category personal data within their application material.
How we use it
Personal data submitted as part of your application will be processed by Casa Collective Ltd for the purpose of administering the application process, assessing applications, shortlisting candidates, conducting interviews and selecting creators for the Activation.
Application information may be shared with relevant personnel at Casa Collective involved in reviewing applications and selecting creators.
Legal basis
Our lawful basis for processing is our legitimate interests in administering and operating the creator recruitment campaign.

For UK applicants, processing is carried out in accordance with the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018. For EU applicants, processing is carried out in accordance with the EU GDPR.
Who we share information with
Application information may be shared with relevant personnel at Casa Collective and Cook’s Club for the purposes of reviewing applications, shortlisting candidates and administering the Activation.
International transfers
Where personal data is transferred outside the UK or EEA, appropriate safeguards will be implemented in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
Who will have access to your information
Casa Collective Ltd is responsible for administering the application process. Application information may be shared with relevant personnel at Cook’s Club who are involved in reviewing applications, interviewing candidates and selecting creators for the Activation.
Casa Collective process applicant information only for the purposes of administering and operating the Activation.
How long we keep it
Applications from unsuccessful candidates will be retained for up to six months following completion of the selection process and then securely deleted, unless longer retention is required for legal or regulatory reasons.
Information relating to selected creators will be retained in accordance with the Creator Agreement and applicable legal requirements.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may have rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data and, where applicable, to receive a copy of your personal data in a portable format.
To exercise your rights or raise any questions about how your personal data is processed, please contact dataprotection@cooksclub.com . UK applicants may lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner’s Office. EU applicants may contact their local supervisory authority.

9. General
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Casa Collective Ltd reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the Activation at any time. Any material changes to these Terms may be amended by Casa Collective from time to time in its sole discretion.
